Illegal debit

Hi

I have just had my bank account debited for R199 and I don't have an account / service active with them!!
Is it legal for a company to debit my account without my consent??? Who is 3mobile ?

Please note that as per our conversation with you this am the 3Mobile membership has been cancelled off, request has been sent for a call recording to ascertain what was discussed between the sales consultant and yourself on the initial sales call, once we receive feedback you will be contacted as promised.
