Have no idea who Extl 3mobile is.

I noticed this morning that R398 (2*R199) was deducted from my bank account I don't recall ever doing business with Extl 3mobile.Can you please refund me or supply me with proof of membership.I dont recieve any correspondance from these people and don't know what they do.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you with regards to this matter.

Please note that we have logged for a call recording to ascertain what was discussed between the sales agent and yourself and we have have requested for a debit confirmation from our Finance Department.

We will give you feedback on a final resolution by C.O.B. today,your ref. no. EM-492211-1.
