Deducting R199 from my account?

On the 01 of Nov 2011, I saw a deduction in my account of R199 for a EXTL 3MOBILE, I don't know about it I don't get anything from them, I just want it canceled as soon as possible, because I am not going to pay R199 for nothing every month! How can I get hold of EXTL 3MOBILE to cancel my fake account or whatever?
