Being billed for something I have not aplied for

I am being billed an amount of R199 every year August/ September by Extl 3mobile. I do not use or need their service. I cannot remember that I have ever aplied for any service by them. I do not know who they are or what they do. I have never received any correspondence from them. I need this billing to be stopped.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you with regards to this matter.

Please note that your membership has been cancelled off and we have also requested a call recording to ascertain what was discussed between the sales agent and yourself on the initial call and we will provide you with feedback accordingly.
