What is gong on with unauthor deduction from my ac

I have just received an SMS from my bank that EXTL 3MOBILE has been paid R199 from my account!
What nonsense is this as I dont recall authorising such a deduction - if anything I want pay less for mobile phone accounts - not more!
I would apprciate someone contacting me in this regard.

Over the Moon: The company responded within the hour, the representative was extremely helpful and I was refunded my money within a couple of days. Very impressed! I have not previously encountered such good service for a complaint such as this.
