PLEASE SORT THIS OUT

A long time ago, we had a call from this company. I have not been able to get their number, and last year tried to stop their debit order, I have never received anything from them, not as much as a member card or discount or anything, they again deducted a R199.00 off of my account, what is this for? As per the new credit act, and consumer protection act, products are not allowed to simply be renewed annually without consent? Yes they sent an sms with no number for me to contact them. I want my money from the past 3 years re-imbursed! Call me and get this matter sorted out. 0824963496 husband peter 0828209626

Over the Moon: Called said would re-imburse the full 3 years, still did not get the money, will keep a lookout for it, they said in this week!
