REF: Hellopeter report dated 18 Jan from JACR. This is disgusting. On reading what 1time have said to people on hellopeter about their pets is disgusting. I have to agree that my cat is not livestock and is loved dearly. What 1time must understand is that after reading their rude posts to people here and understanding their pet policy, I would rather fly an airline that treats my pets well. THAT CARES FOR MY NEEDS. I am moving to Cape Town on wednesday and was going to take advantage of the cupid special. I had a feeling I needed to check their pet policy. For your information it is VERY hard to find the information on their site, its hidden - probably because they realise that they are the only airline that doesn't accept pets. I cannot leave my cat behind in Johannesburg because some obnoxious people who dont give a flying .... about my needs or my cat will not carry pets. I will fly Velvet Sky who have already told me they will happily transport my cat, and for this I will not be using 1time ever again. One day someone should deny transport to any 1time staff member and call them livestock. When asked why, they should say they have the right to choose who they transport. |

Hello Warren Pace, Thank you for posting your comments. Please kindly note that we completely understand that pets are dearly loved by their owners. We regrettably do not accept pets for travel when directly booking them in with us, however we do make use of an outside service provider that will be happy to assist with pet travel. | Utterly Disgusted: I flew Velvel Sky. They were cheaper than you in the end, they were friendlier, and they gladly took my cat in the hull - they didnt give the cat to an external company. If I had done that, it would have been more traumatic. I will not fly 1time by principle and I hope people will see this and feel the same | |||
