Dear 1Time I did a really stupid thing on 04 Jan 2012. I accidentally made a payment into your account. Completely my own fault I admit. I emailed to kindly request that the funds be returned to me, as it really was an honest mistake. Rennel in your accounts department came back to me to say that: With regards to the below, unfortunately as per our Refund Policy we cannot refund if a client puts funds incorrectly into our account. Please can you advise the pax to go to they bank and follow a recall procedure. I contacted my bank who are going to charge me R250 to do a recall. Please can you explain to me why it is against your company policy to refund a client. . |

Hello Planejane, Thank you for posting your comments. Please note as per your correspondence with our Refund supervisor, the recall will need to be done at your bank.
