COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE WITH REGARDS TO CUSTOMERS

I had to drop my parents off at the King Shaka Airport this Tuesday [24/01/12] so they could catch an early morning flight [06:30] back to Cape Town.

A nice young woman assisted us at the self service machine. She then told us to join the line to check our bags in. We hadn't even put a foot across the line to join the queue before this other woman behind the counter starts waving her arms around and shouting at us to go join the other line because she didn't check large luggage. It caught us by surprise because she was being so loud and rude. We tried to explain to her that it was a mistake, the lady at the self service machine had told us to come here but she refused to let anyone speak. She never gave us a chance and became completely unreasonable. She spoke on top of my dad by raising her voice at him and when we told her to keep it down she raises her voice even more at my mum and tells us 'Then go to the other queue!'. She did all of this in front of a dozen other customers leaving us feeling very humiliated. Her behavior was atrocious and uncalled for because we'd been trying to apologize when we hadn't even done anything wrong. Disgusting behavior for airport staff. Awful.

On behalf of 1time Airline I would like to offer our sincerest apology for the poor experience you had whilst in our care. No staff member should treat our passengers in the manner in which you were treated.

1time prides itself on always providing excellent service to our valued passengers and it greatly saddens us you were not treated with the respect and hospitality that all our passengers deserve.

Once again we apologise for this experience and vouch that this incident will not re occur in the future.
