My wife was booked on Flight T6204 from Durban to OR Tambo at 13h20, today 17th Jan 2012. The flight was delayed for more than an hour, while passengers had already boarded the aircraft, waiting in the hot cabin. No ventilation. On arrival at OR Tambo, all had to wait while two passengers were arrested, and no busses to transport passengers to the terminal building. The last straw, was when she opened her vanity case, and an expensive fragrance was broken inside. We have before vowed to stop using 1 Time, as they have more delays and issues. This was 1 Time toooooo many. You get what you pay for!!! Add a new 1time Airline Report Inappropriate report?

Hello zane@, Thank you for posting your comments. On behalf of 1time Airline I would like to offer our sincerest apology for the poor experience you had whilst in our care. The flight in question was delayed for a total of 53minutes, and we regret the inconvenience this delay caused. We regret to note that your wife's expensive fragrance bottle was broken and it greatly saddens us that our service provider neglected to handle the vanity case with care. We have notified them of the incident and every area of improvement will be addressed and implemented. Once again we apologise for this unfortunate experience and we thank you for bringing it to our attention. Yours in aviation 1time
