I flew on flight T6 503 from JHB to PE on Friday 13th Jan. On arrival at PE, i picked up my bags an proceeded to Grahamstown. Only when i got there did i notice that not only had someone broken the lock, they broke the part of the zip where the lock slots in, so that I can't properly lock the bag anymore. Same thing happened to a friend on the same flight. I believe this is a common occurrence and 1time should really do something to prevent this happening to future travelers on their airline. Step up your security or offer to wrap your customers bags. |
