BAD SERVICE/ATTITUDE - DODGING RESPONSIBILITIES!!!

I received 'complimentary' flights from 1-time after the ordeal of Flight T6 230 on 30 Oct 11.Daniela Lewis (customer relations supervisor)implied that they were generous in issuing vouchers which were not valid for my travel dates.Voucher says '..bookings are limited over selected peak periods &travel during 12 Dec 11 & 12 Jan 12 is not permitted.'If bookings are limited over peak periods&seats are still available that weekend,I should be able to book these tickets(Easter is not excluded like the December/January period).I flew over a peak period originally(Friday to Sunday) in October('Halloween' weekend)&paid a premium.I should be compensated with tickets of similar standing, which these are.Flight delays are normal but having your flight scheduled to leave @ 9:30pm&leave @ 3am the next morning is definitely out of the ordinary.Especially when I was left 'hanging' for most of the night so unable to make alternate arrangements.For Daniela to imply that the voucher was actually generous on their part, as they had no obligation to do this at all,after EVERYTHING I WENT THROUGH,is VERY disconcerting indeed.Cherry on the top of one of the most disturbing experiences of my life!!!!!!

Please kindly note this matter has been addressed directly with you. Our voucher does state that bookings over peak periods are limited and it is allowed taking into consideration the following:

Dates, times, availability, high fares and demand of flights.

You have requested the Easter weekend which is an extremely high demand period and therefore we regrettably cannot accommodate your request as mentioned telephonically.

We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
