| I made a booking with 1time on behalf of my mother. I am very disappointed about what happened during her departure flight from George Airport, we are seriously considering never using the airline again. I was phoned on Friday and informed that my mother has not boarded and that they were going to off load her. I told the lady that my mother had phoned me from the airport that she was there, I did not see any reason why she would not be on the plane and asked if they have confirmation that she is not on the plane already - ONLY then did they check the airplane and she was in fact on the airplane already - never done all their checks. I am in Pretoria, my mother lives in Mossel Bay, my dad works away, can you image what went through my mind when I received that call! While they were busy checking I had already phoned a friend who lives in George to rush to the airport to try and find my mother as I thought something terrible must have happened to her. What is worse when they discovered their mistake and phoned me back - I did not even get an apology the lady was rude and just hung up the phone - disgraceful! I listed this on their website and I have had no response from them. | |||
