1time- perhaps the last time!

On the 8th of Jan I ended my holiday and was a passenger of 1time flight T6 115 from OR Tambo to Cape Town. The flight was meant to depart at 18.30 that evening. A flight that only ended up leaving at 23.30 and arrived in Cape Town past 1am the following morning!

I understand technical and/or weather delays, but communicate with the passengers. At 20.30, the original flight crew left the terminal as they had run out of hours so we had to wait for a replacement flight crew.( Why they could not foresee that and prepare the back up crew, I wouldn't know)The ground crew at the boarding gates just stood in the front and announced nothing till at least 9pm! We had to go to them and ask for information, which I find unacceptable. Most of us sat on the floor as there wasn't't much seating at the specific gate (C12). What angered me even further was a lady in a wheelchair that had to wait around with us, surely she could've been more to a more comfortable spot. And then a later 1time flight left before ours!

I sent a detailed email at 9am on the 9th, if it has not been received I'd be more than happy to resend it. If it has, I'd like to hear some feedback please
