| On 8 Jan we were on flight T6227 to Durban due to take off at 09h00. When we got to the gate (C8) we were told that there was a thirty minute delay. We went to the toilet and to get the little one a drink When we returned the gate was empty. We had checked the board, nothing was listed about this flight (not boarding, delayed or anything). We approached the desk where we were told that the flight had just left and that there were no outstanding passengers. Clearly they were mistaken as there were six of us in total standing there. They re-checked and confirmed that all six of us were definitely listed as on board. Our luggage had not been offloaded either. No announcements had been made regarding this flight. We were told that this was an international gate therefore no announcements are made in domestic terminals. Response from 1time, all procedures were correctly followed, announcements made and passengers called. Nobody explained how six pieces of luggage travel to Durban if the passengers have been off-loaded. - ONE BIG COVER UP | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I wrote this on Hello Peter after reading about the lady who was supposed to be off loaded but was actually on board. We were on the manifest as on-board and we weren't. They cleary don't know what they are doing and refuse to admit that their check-in people clearly don't know what they are doing. My first flight with 1time is definitely the last time. I am not amused by their cover ups. | |||
