| Our flight from capetown to Durban was delayed by about 3 to 4 hours in December. Onetime airlines gave us flight discount vouchers of R450 to use on a domestic flight. I called up the call centre to use my voucher for a flight from Capetown to Durban in March. I checked the price on the internet and it gave me R656 oneway, however the lady on the phone tells me that it is R750, and that prices change every minute. I checked and double checked. Logged on and off the internet and the price remained the same. She insists that she is using the internet as well and that my system hasnt updated. So i offer to book online and then have the voucher redeemed but she refused. Their agents dont give you a chance to finish speaking and cut you off whilst speaking! They held us up in Capetown due to repairs being carried out on the Aeroplane which terrified many passengers, and now they refuse to accomodate you. Please assist. | |||
