HEADLINE	Currently the worst (and most boring) station
I am a huge fan of classical music and was delighted to find Classic FM when I moved to Johannesburg two days ago. I only had one station set on my car radio, to Classic FM. What a disappointment when they replaced Tony and Mike earlier this year and replacing them with boring presenters who sounds like they got a copy of Classical Music for Dummies for Christmas. I am one of those younger listeners that they are trying to attract but these days I would rather listen to other stations. Also, more music less talk? Every time I turn on the radio, it is either a traffice report, the news (or news highlights) or a presenter talking a lot of nonsense. Bring back entertaining and knowledgeable presenters, those who know the difference between Bach and Rachmaninov, who can pronounce the names of the pieces and the composers correctly and can explain classical music with a bit more (and less rehearsed) enthusiam. Classic FM is about as exciting as watching paint dry at the moment! Add a new 102.7 Classic Fm Report Inappropriate report?
