My name is Willem Swanepoel and a regular customer at 082CARWASH Lemon Tree(At least once a week) Very schocking to see the comments made by Mrs Pauline Huoniet.I,m so glad that I was witness to the incident.In short--I was enjoying a nice cup of coffee when my attention was focused to someone,s shouting and aggressive behaviour , when I saw a younger man being very agressive towards the owner / manager?Being affended in not ever experiencing this behaviour at 082CARWASH Lemon Tree I approached them in order to calm down the situation,While aproaching the two men I saw the customer push the owner away and swung at him, the owner defended himself very appropiately -- I quote the "kicking in the Nuts" I surely didn't see.Please do investigate as you'll find some people will never be satisfied ..Great Service !!!!082CARWASH Lemon Tree-You are Realy a benefit to have in the franchise..Keep it up.To Mr and Mrs Houniet-I hope you'll be desent enough to take responsibilty for your own actions ..Regards WJ Swanepoel |
