On the 31st August 2011 I took my ML mercedes to be cleaned and as per usual all items of value were removed except for the tools which are kept by the spare wheel and had no reason to be touched let alone removed, I contacted 082 carwash this morning 06/09/2011 to be met with a very unhelpful manager, who informed me, it was not their problem, we were supposed to remove all items. I understand this however I cannot see why they went anywhere near-the tools and spare wheel when asked what they would do to correct this, I was told nothing. this is shocking and I expected that they would replace or at least offer to pay for part, of replacing the missing items. Add a new 082CARWASH Report Inappropriate report?
