I have been taking my vehicles to 082carwash for several years and l have found that the standard is going down fast over the last 2 months. This is NOT a once off incident has and happened repeatedly. Despite being the most expensive on the road for executive carwash, we still took our vehicles here as we expect the standard that we were used to. Clearly this has changed Windows/Windscreens are no longer wiped properly (can still see fingerprints afterwards), car mats are placed back into the car wet! You have to ask them to wipe certain portions again which they are clearly unhappy to do. The interior still has dust even after they clean. Bottom portion of the car is not sprayed when they wash. The worst part is that there are people checking the cars afterwards that still do not pick this up or seem bothered when asked. |
