A few months ago, when I was still pregnant, I took my car to 082CARWASH for the umpteenth time. Everytime I went the staff had a debate about whether my car is an suv or a sedan (Mitsubishi Outlander). On that day I had enough and asked them to make up their minds and charge me a standard price. I had an auto-trader book thrown at me and told that if I check in there I will see that my car is an suv. I told them that I have no problem paying an suv price, just make up your minds. By that time I had the woman uncomfortably close in my face threatening to hit me. On Saturday, we thought of giving 082CARWASH another chance. After washing the car, my husband noticed that the cupholder was broken and went to find the manager/owner to report it. He was told that he must prove that the carwash is responsible. My husband got very annoyed and an argument started between the two men. In no time the owner was in my husbands face and after asking him to get out of his face my husband pushed him. The owner then kicked my husband in the nuts, his back and pushed him into our car, braking the rear light. Only a coward kicks another man in the nuts. I reported to headoffice but was ignored |
