HEADLINE	Broken speaker and scratched car.
On Saterday afternoon I took my car to get it weekly clean, I have been using this car wash for the past year and a half. They were extremely busy, at times they did not know who's car was who's. After they finished and came to give me my keys, the one cleaner said they could not close my door, I had a look at the problem. They had nocked off my one JBL tweeter of the dash ' that was fastened down profesinaly by a AA accredited company' and it had lodged between my door and dash, they had tried to slam, and force the door closed damaging the R600 JBL tweeter and scratching and denting my door (R2000 damage) After showing the manager, who did not seam to see any problem with it or even apollogise, told me it's not a factory fitted part they can't be responsible! I feel as a customer that this was negligence as they were busy and are using any excuse not to pay for damages. Add a new 082CARWASH Report Inappropriate report?
