I am the managing director of a company that manufactures eco-friendly car care technology in South Africa. After trying many avenues to contact 082carwash and the managment (Mike) we were met with no response. Finally I tried calling one more time after not recieving an answer for 3 months When I called the office Mynette answered and I asked to speak to Mike...she responseded that he is not avaiable and I proceeded to ask when he would be avaiable... She asked if I wanted to leave a message and I responsed kindly and calmly that I have left messagess and sent emails and called but had no luck in reaching Mike. This is when she immediately became abrupt and almost totally derogatary towards me by making known that Mike is an extrmely important person and that not everybody *meaning me)was privi to his time or to being given an opportunity to meet with him. She had not asked what our product was but immediately started to dismiss my KIND REQUEST for a meeting by calling me '..in her words...just another chemical rep...' After raising her voice and calling me sorts of derogatary names we engaged in a heated debate It ended abruptly very unprofessional..BAD ATTITUDE |
